Tap "Register" on the homepage, enter your email and password, verify your email, complete student verification, and start trading with escrow protection.
Yes! Creating an account, browsing, and messaging is free. We charge 5% commission on successful sales. PayStack fees are separate (1.5% + fixed fee).
Buying
Use the search bar, browse categories, or check trending items. Filter by price, condition, and location.
Tap on any listing, then click "Contact Seller". Send a message asking about the item.
Yes! Most sellers are open to negotiation. Send a respectful offer through messages.
Selling
Tap the "Sell" button, upload clear photos (up to 5), add title and description, set your price, choose category and condition, then publish.
Electronics, books, fashion, furniture, services, and more. Prohibited: illegal goods, weapons, drugs, counterfeit items.
Receive payments via PayStack escrow to Mobile Money or bank transfer. Funds are released after buyer confirmation.

PayStack supports multiple payment methods:
- Mobile Money: MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money
- Bank Transfer: All major Ghanaian banks
- Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard, Verve
- USSD: For users without smartphones
Yes! Full buyer protection:

PayStack charges a small transaction fee:
- 1.5% + GH₵ 0.50 for Mobile Money
- 1.5% + GH₵ 1.00 for Card/Bank transfers
- Free for cash payments (campus meetups)
Payment release times:
- Mobile Money: Instant after buyer confirmation
- Bank Transfer: 1-2 business days
- Cash: Immediate

Student Verification
Verification ensures you're trading with real students and is required to use PayStack escrow for selling.
Go to Profile → Settings → Verify Student Status. Upload your student ID photo and a selfie holding your ID. Takes 24-48 hours.
Safety Guidelines

✅ Bring a friend along
✅ Use PayStack escrow for protection
Watch for: requests for upfront payment outside escrow, refusal to meet in person, or prices too good to be true.
Tap "Report" on any listing or profile. Our safety team investigates within 24 hours.

Go to Profile → Settings → Edit your information → Save changes.
